How it Works

STEP 1: LET’S CHAT

We'll start with a call to talk about your project, your goals and what you'd like to achieve. It's also a chance to ask questions and to make sure a VIP Day is the right fit. We also pick your date!

STEP 2: PREPARATION

Once your VIP Day is booked, you'll receive access to your personalised project board. Here you'll find everything you need to prepare, along with a checklist of what to upload before your VIP Day.

STEP 3: VIP DAY

We kick off your VIP Day with a 30-minute call to confirm priorities before getting straight to work. For the next 7 hours, our focus is entirely on your project. You'll receive updates throughout the day, followed by a personalised video walkthrough explaining everything we've completed, plus tutorials where needed.

STEP 4: 10 DAYS SUPPORT

After your VIP Day, you'll have 10 business days of email support to ask questions or get clarification on anything we've completed.

We dedicate the entire day to your project, without switching between clients or juggling multiple priorities. That means more gets done, faster.

Every project is different, so the final outcome depends on the complexity of the work and how prepared everything is before the day begins. Our goal is simple: make the most of every minute and deliver as much value as possible.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Every project is different, so if we don't quite finish everything during your VIP Day, we'll discuss the best option for completing the remaining work. This may include booking additional time or scheduling another VIP Day. We'll always keep you informed before any additional work is undertaken.

  • Every project is different, but because we'll plan everything before your VIP Day, we're able to achieve far more than a typical working day. We'll prioritise the tasks that will have the biggest impact and work through your list as efficiently as possible. We also don’t answer any calls, schedule meetings or work on any other project.

  • Preparation is key. Before your VIP Day, you'll receive a project board with everything we need from you. The more prepared you are, the more we'll be able to accomplish on the day.

  • Not all day. We'll begin with a 30-minute planning call, and we may check in if we need a quick decision or approval. Otherwise, you can get on with your day while we focus on your project.

  • Absolutely. Many clients use their VIP Day across several areas, such as website updates, SEO improvements, email marketing, automations or online course support. We'll discuss your priorities beforehand and create a realistic plan.

  • We work with Shopify, Squarespace, Showit, Wix, Kajabi, GoHighLevel, Teachable, Flodesk, Klaviyo, MailerLite and a range of other business tools. If you're unsure whether we support your platform, just ask.

  • A VIP Day is ideal if you already have an established business or existing project and need expert support without waiting weeks for a traditional agency timeline. If your project is larger or more complex, we'll let you know if a custom proposal would be a better fit. For example, projects that may need us to build a new system or new website, we wouldn’t recommend a VIP day.

  • You'll receive a personalised video walkthrough explaining everything we've completed, plus 10 business days of follow-up support if you have any questions or need clarification.
